Privacy Policy

Only what the league needs to work. There is no advertising network, no ad tracking, and no sale of personal information.

• —Your email address, used to sign you in with a magic link and to identify your team.
• —League activity you create: team name, weekly lineups, scores, eliminations, and commissioner settings.
• —Support messages you send through the contact form, including the reply-to email you provide.
• —Standard server logs and error reports (timestamps, request paths, browser and device type, and error details) used to keep the service running.

Your data is used to operate your league and keep the service healthy — nothing else.

• —Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• —Run league scoring, standings, eliminations, and pick privacy.
• —Respond to support requests you send us.
• —Diagnose errors, monitor uptime, and prevent abuse.

Members of a league can see that league's teams, scores, standings, and eliminations. Your weekly picks stay hidden from other members until the picked player's game kicks off. Commissioners and co-commissioners manage settings and invites for their own league, and can export a directory of their league's team names, manager names, and member email addresses. They cannot export other teams' picks. Commissioner changes are recorded in a change log their league's commissioners can see. The site webmaster can access data for support and maintenance.

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in after clicking your magic link; clearing it signs you out. We also ask, once, whether you consent to Google Analytics. Nothing analytics-related loads until you accept, and declining is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again. There are no advertising cookies, no ad tracking, and no data sold.

• —If you accept, Google Analytics records which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and what browser they use.
• —Page addresses are stripped before they are sent: invite links, league identifiers, and anything after a '?' are removed, so Google never receives a league invite token or a link to a specific league.
• —Your email address, team name, weekly picks, scores, and league settings are never sent to Google.
• —Advertising features and ad personalization are switched off at the source, not merely left unused.
• —You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the consent question back.

A small number of providers help operate the service. They receive only what their job requires, and none of them receive your data for advertising purposes.

• —Email delivery for sign-in links and support replies (receives your email address).
• —Error monitoring and log storage (receives technical error and request details).
• —Public football data providers for schedules, player lists, and statistics — these are read-only requests; no personal data is sent to them.
• —Google Analytics, only after you consent, and only for the stripped page addresses described above.
• —Our hosting provider, which stores the application database.

League data is kept for as long as your account and league exist, so historical seasons stay readable. You can ask us to delete your account and associated team data at any time through the contact form; support messages are retained until the request is resolved and then periodically cleared.

This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the last-updated date above changes with it. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be described on this page.
